The repository, the Cloudflare account, the domains and the data sit under your company; I get access, not ownership. A per-seat CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive bills every user every month; the Adcare CRM replaced one and bills nobody per seat.
A fixed number and a date before you commit
The $1,250 deposit buys a written roadmap and an architecture after a free 30-minute call. It is credited in full to the first invoice, and the documents are yours to take to anyone if we do not go ahead.

A ten-question brief at /start (about twenty minutes, video and files optional), a free 30-minute call, then the deposit and the written roadmap. Start with the brief
Who you work with
Maksym, from the first call to the build and the operation after launch. Your IT person or agency keeps what they run well and can read the code from day one.
Communication and response times
Email and scheduled calls, in Polish or English; I call you. A reply to every brief within one working day. The code and the commits stay in English.
