Modules · H2M
Ready-made building blocks for your own system
Five modules that already run in production for H2M and client systems. H2M installs them into your system, on your accounts, and keeps them updated for every client at once: a fix or a feature built for one reaches all of them. You get a working CRM, campaigns or CMS in your own code, without a per-seat bill.

How modules work
Built once, installed in your system, updated for everyone
Installed in your system, not rented
A module runs in your own codebase and on your own Cloudflare account, next to the rest of your site. Your leads, lists and pages stay in your database.
Updated for every client at once
H2M maintains each module in every system that runs it. Security and compatibility fixes reach every system on a monthly plan; new features are quoted or go through the Lane.
Fitted to how you sell
Pipeline stages, email templates and page sections are set up for your business during the install. What is specific to you stays in your code.
Operable from Claude
Every module comes with MCP tools, so you or your team can ask for a list, a change or a report in plain language instead of clicking through the admin.

CRM & leads
01In production for H2M and client systems
Replaces a per-seat CRM such as Pipedrive or HubSpot, a form builder, and offers sent as PDF attachments.
Every enquiry lands in one pipeline with the ad or page that brought it, and a reminder makes sure nobody waits for a reply.
What you can do
- Collect leads from your site's forms and the step-by-step brief, each saved with its UTM tags, Google and Meta click ids and the page it came from
- Move leads through a drag-and-drop pipeline from new to won or lost, with notes, tasks and the full history on one card
- Give every new lead a follow-up date and get a notification when it passes
- Send an offer as a tracked link (/o/...): see when it was opened and how far it was read, and let the client accept it and pay the deposit on the same page
- Export leads to CSV, and report qualified and won leads back to Meta, Google Ads and GA4 once your ad accounts are connected
Newsletter & campaigns
02In production for client systems
Replaces Mailchimp, MailerLite or ActiveCampaign, and a separate tool for text messages.
Newsletters and automated email and SMS sequences, sent from the same database your leads already live in.
What you can do
- Build lists from webinar sign-ups, your CRM leads, contacts tagged by industry, or an imported CSV
- Write emails in a block editor or from saved templates, and send yourself a test first
- Schedule a one-off newsletter, or a sequence: an email when someone signs up for your video or webinar, a text message three days later
- Stop a sequence for anyone who has become a sales lead in the meantime
- See who opened and who clicked each send, tracked on your own domain; every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe
Webinars & events
03In production for client systems
Replaces the sign-up and reminder side of tools such as ClickMeeting or Livestorm; the live stream itself runs on YouTube.
From the sign-up page to the follow-up after the event, without copying a list between three tools.
What you can do
- Publish a sign-up page per event with the speaker, the agenda and a thank-you page
- Send reminders by email and SMS before the start, with the live link in them
- Send the recording to everyone who signed up, and invite them to book a consultation afterwards
- See registrations, email opens and who became a sales lead, per event
Blog, CMS & SEO
04CMS and SEO in production; blog articles are next
Replaces WordPress with its plugins, or a page builder where one edit can break the layout.
You edit the words and the pictures yourself; the design stays in code, so an edit cannot break a page.
What you can do
- Edit every page from typed sections (hero, cards, FAQ, contact form) in the admin
- Set the title, description, canonical address and noindex per page, and keep a draft before publishing
- Keep images in a media library with focal points and version history
- Serve a sitemap, robots rules and structured data (organisation, person, event) that search engines and AI search read
- Serve pages from Cloudflare's network close to each visitor, with no server of your own to maintain
MCP: your system in Claude
05In production with Claude; ChatGPT and other MCP clients checked per install
Replaces copying data between the CRM, the CMS and the reports to answer one question.
Ask Claude for a list, a change or a report in plain language, and it works on your system's data directly.
What you can do
- Use the same MCP server H2M runs its own business on: over 200 tools across leads, offers, campaigns, webinars, pages and media
- Ask things like: new leads from this week, move this one to proposal, has she opened the offer yet
- Sign in with your own account; the tools you see depend on your role
- Each call runs as your own account under a rate limit; exports, deletions and page edits land in the audit log
- Works in Claude on the web and on the desktop, and in Claude Code
Today: H2M installs each module into your system and maintains it there. Coming: the same modules as npm packages with an API key, for teams with their own developers. Modules are quoted per system; keeping them updated is part of the monthly plan.
What stays with you
Yours from day one
- The code of your system, modules included, on your GitHub account or exported there whenever you ask
- The data in your own database: leads, lists, registrations, pages
- The Cloudflare account and the domains under your company
- Updates from H2M for every module you run, as long as the plan runs

Scoping calls · most weeks
Yes. Your system's code is yours: on your GitHub account, or exported there whenever you ask, and the data sits in your own database. The modules in it come with a perpetual licence, so you can run and change them without H2M. If you stop the plan, the system keeps running; it only stops getting H2M's updates.
Yes. Security and compatibility fixes reach every system on a monthly plan. New features are quoted or go through the Lane, and an improvement built for one client can be offered to the others.
Yes. Today they can read and extend the code in your repository. Next, the modules come as npm packages with an API key, so your team can add one without waiting for H2M to install it.
Each module is quoted for your system after the free 30-minute call: how much fitting it needs and what it replaces. Keeping it updated is part of the monthly plan, not a per-seat fee.
No. Start with the one that costs you the most today. The others can come later and plug into the same database, so nothing is copied twice.
