Pricing: the audit, the build and a monthly plan
You start with an audit for €1,200 net: in 5 business days you know whether your own system beats the subscriptions, and you get a fixed build price. Builds start at 60,000 PLN net (about €14,000). After launch you pay a fixed monthly fee for a plan that keeps the system running and ships your changes.
- €1,200
- audit, deducted from a build ordered within 60 days
- from 60,000 PLN
- build, net (about €14,000)
- from €350
- plan for a system, net per month
First the audit, then the build
Audit and build
We do not quote a build blind. The audit gives you the 36-month math and a fixed build price. If the numbers do not work, we say so and do not build.
Audit: subscriptions or your own system
€1,200net, one-off
After a free 30-minute call you get an offer. You pay by bank transfer against an invoice once you accept it, and you have the result in 5 business days.
What you get in 5 business days
- the 36-month math: today's subscriptions and the manual work around them against build, hosting and a plan
- the month from which your own system costs less in total, or a plain “do not build”
- the order of the move: what first, what later, what stays on a subscription
- the risks: data export, integrations, contract notice periods
- a fixed build price in writing
- the full audit fee deducted from the first build instalment if you order the build within 60 days of the report
The build
from 60,000 PLNnet (about €14,000), a fixed price from the audit
A system built around your process, on your company's accounts: site, CRM, orders, automations or an AI agent. The price is fixed and comes from the audit, not from hours.
How it works
- the scope as a closed list in the offer; a request outside it gets a quote within 1 business day or goes into the Tor queue after launch
- paid in 4 parts for the stages: 30%, 30%, 25% and 15%
- code, domains and cloud accounts under your company
- for 90 days after acceptance we fix defects in the scope at no charge, as set out in the contract
- a monthly plan ticked in the offer, starting on launch day
All prices are net. VAT is added where it applies: 23% for Polish companies (the audit is 5,000 PLN net for them), reverse charge for companies with an EU VAT number. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice, never before the call. For now the offer page and the audit terms are in Polish; I go through them with you in English on the call.
Monthly plans
After launch: one fixed fee a month

SLA: deadlines and credits
What each plan promises
All deadlines run in business time: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 Warsaw time (Europe/Warsaw), excluding Polish public holidays; for a team in New York that is 3:00-11:00. Priorytet: P1 outages Monday to Friday 8:00-20:00. The clock starts when you report an issue in the H2M panel or when monitoring raises an alarm.

The table scrolls sideways.
- Monitoring checks the system every 5 minutes and opens a P1 incident after 2 failed checks.
- Change sizes: S is up to about 2 hours of work (a form field), M up to 1 day (a new report), L up to 3 days (a simple integration, a new screen). Anything bigger is split into L changes or quoted.
- The change credit (Tor, Priorytet) applies to a month in which at least 2 changes came in late and they were more than 20% of those delivered, or in which the lane stood idle for more than 3 business days in total while a sized change was waiting.
- Credits are written into the contract and come off the next month's invoice. If the cap is reached in 2 of 3 consecutive months, you can leave with immediate effect.
- The first 2 months are a measurement period: deadlines and credits are measured and reported, but the credit is 0. During that time you can leave on 14 days' notice.
- If the owner is ill or away unplanned with no stand-in, reported in the panel by 10:00, the fee drops by 1/21 for each such business day, up to 10 business days a year.
- At the weekend monitoring detects and logs an outage; a person picks it up on Monday from 9:00 (a P1 on Priorytet from 8:00).
Payment
How and when you pay
Always by bank transfer against an invoice. Nothing is paid before the call.
- Audit
- After a free 30-minute call you get an offer with the amount. You pay by bank transfer against an invoice once you accept it; the 5 business days run from the payment and access to the data listed in the offer.
- Build
- 4 instalments for the stages: 30%, 30%, 25% and 15%, each by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Plan
- An invoice every month from launch day, or once a year for less.
- Hosting and AI
- On your own accounts, paid to the providers directly. The AI spending cap is written into the order.
- Work outside the plan
- Only after you accept a quote in the panel, before it starts. Without that nothing is done and nothing is invoiced.
- Polish companies
- The Polish price list is in PLN.

Because it is real work on your invoices, process and integrations, finished within 5 business days. You get a document you can take to any other engineer. If you order the build within 60 days of the report, the full audit fee comes off its first instalment.
We say so and do not build. The document stays with you.
Yes. The plan is ticked in the build offer and you can untick it. Without a plan, fixes after those 90 days are quoted separately and there is no guaranteed outage response.
The next month's invoice drops by the credit in the SLA table, up to the monthly cap. We calculate it and show it in the monthly report. In the first 2 months, the measurement period, it is measured but not deducted.
After the minimum term, with one month's notice to the end of a month. On Tor you can also drop to Opieka for 1-3 months, twice a year, instead of cancelling. Code, domains and accounts are under your company, so if you leave we hand over access and documentation within 10 business days.
