A Swiss brand with a 3D pool configurator and one pricing truth

Container pools configured in 3D from the factory's own GLB models; one pricing API shared by the configurator and the partners; a CMS in three languages.

01

The situation

A container-pool manufacturer, Hardbox, launching a Swiss brand. Partners quoted from spreadsheets; the site had to sell a product that costs as much as a car, in German, to people who want to see it first.

02

What was built

A 3D configurator on the factory's GLB models: the customer builds the pool and sees the price move.

One pricing API behind it, the same one the partners call, so the site and a partner quote can never disagree.

A CMS in pl, en and de for the de-CH launch.

03

What changed

The configurator is the sales conversation. The deals the business closes are the size of 149k PLN and €37.5k, and the price on the site is the price.

04

How it runs

Cloudflare, one codebase, the manufacturer's accounts. Models come from the factory; prices come from one place.

How the pieces connect

The system on one map. Arrows show what feeds what; hover a piece to light its path.

If you want one of these

Three steps. The six-step version, with the brief and the video request, is on the home page.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

    30 min, free

You describe the situation; I ask three questions and propose a shape.

  2. 02

    Roadmap and architecture

    $1,250 deposit

A written plan with a date. The deposit is credited to the first invoice; the documents are yours either way.

  3. 03

    Build, handoff, operate

    date on the roadmap

One engineer builds every layer on your account, documents it, and can keep operating it.

Questions I get about this

Tap a question. The answer comes back like a text.

Scoping calls · most weeks

A written roadmap and an architecture for your system, delivered after the scoping call. If we build together, the full amount comes off the first invoice. If not, the documents are yours to take to anyone.

You do. The repository, the Cloudflare account, the domains and the data sit under your company from day one. I get access, not ownership.

The roadmap gives you a date before you commit to the build. The stack is small and one person builds every layer, so nothing waits in a queue between departments.

Yes, before you send the brief if you need it. Send yours or use mine.

Something else? Ask it on the call

Thirty minutes, then a written plan

Leave an email. I reply within one working day with three questions and a proposed plan, not a deck.
